Excello Law, the leading distributed model law firm, is taking its US expansion into New York, appointing Mitchell Breit as Managing Partner to lead the launch and work with the firm’s management team to build its presence in one of the world’s most important business markets.
The New York launch follows the successful opening of Excello Law’s office in California.
Mitchell is a highly distinguished lawyer whose credentials reflect exceptional leadership, expertise, and influence within the legal profession. Formerly a senior partner at a leading New York law firm, Mitchell has been consistently recognized among New York Super Lawyers for more than a decade and has earned inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for multiple consecutive years, including 2026. In addition, Mitchell served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, sits on the Board of Public Justice, and is a sought-after speaker at national conferences, where Mitchell regularly shares insights on significant legal and public interest issues.
